Role Overview:
As a Residential Assistant Manager at Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, you will lead the Front Desk, Operator, and Guest Service teams, aiming to elevate the guest experience to unparalleled heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer a warm and personalized welcome to owners and guests, assisting with their check-in and check-out.
- Manage VIP and special requests efficiently to meet all guest needs.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Residence Club's amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Play a vital role in the hiring, training, and supervision of the Front Desk, Operator, and Guest Service teams, fostering a culture of guest service excellence.
- Ensure adherence to Core Standards for Guest Services Attendants and the Guest Experience Concierge.
- Manage staff scheduling and payroll in line with budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping and Engineering to guarantee prompt room availability.
- Masterfully handle computer systems for various guest service operations.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Prior supervisory or management experience, preferably in the hotel industry.
- A college degree or equivalent is preferred.

- Salary Range: $67,000 - $70,300.
