Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction:

- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient service process.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to team goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other computer applications.
