Job Description:

As a Data Entry & Customer Service representative at Draw House Concepts, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will handle a variety of tasks that support the administrative and client-facing functions of our business. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining data integrity and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data in our company database
• Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Assist clients with ordering and tracking architectural materials and samples
• Provide product information and assistance to customers
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
