Entry Level Bank Teller

 Role Overview:

As a Member Service Representative at SDCCU's Rancho Penasquitos Branch, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately conducting transactions on member accounts while promoting the Credit Union's products and services to existing and potential members. You will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our members and fostering positive relationships within the community.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting transactions on member accounts efficiently and accurately.
• Promoting Credit Union products and services to existing and potential members.
• Learning and implementing cross-selling, up-selling, and referral techniques.
• Providing exceptional service to members and ensuring a positive member experience.
• Collaborating effectively with team members to achieve branch goals and objectives.
• Maintaining an ethical and compliant environment in accordance with Credit Union policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to train and learn cross-selling, up-selling, and referral techniques.

Preferences:

• Cash handling experience.
• Experience in a retail environment.

• Service-focused individual with a priority on member and end-user experience.
• Strong team player with proven ability to collaborate effectively with others.

This role is based at the Rancho Penasquitos Branch: 13179 Black Mountain Road 3, San Diego, CA 92129.

Pay Range:

$19.00-$20.25 per hour

Schedule:

Weekday Schedule:

• Monday: 8:15am-5:30pm
• Tuesday: 8:30am-6:30pm
• Wednesday: 8:30am-5:30pm
• Thursday: 8:30am-5:30pm
• Friday: 8:30am-6:30pm
• Saturday: 8:30am-4:30pm (Rotating with another weekday off)
• Sunday: OFF
