Job Title: Personal Assistant to CEO & Estate Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced individual to serve as the personal assistant to a CEO, overseeing all estate management needs. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, clear communication skills, high flexibility, and availability at various times. Preferably, candidates with event planning, catering, or butler experience. Competitive pay and benefits offered for the right candidate.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Family and domestic staff.
  • Supervise preventive and routine maintenance across multiple properties.
  • Ensure residences are well stocked and maintained.
  • Manage staff, vendors, and contractors, maintaining daily communication.
  • Make daily spending decisions within approved budgets.
  • Handle expense reports and receipts submission to the Employer.
  • Maintain technology systems in residences.
  • Provide personal services such as errands, shopping, shipping & receiving.
  • Plan and execute events effectively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' hospitality industry experience with verifiable references.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Punctual, detail-oriented, and schedule-driven.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and project management skills.
  • Personable, communicative, engaging, and able to anticipate employer's needs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High personal work standards, maturity, and emotional stability.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility for a 24/7 on-call lifestyle.
  • Ability to build strong team relationships, work independently, and take ownership of tasks.
  • Sound judgment and strong technology skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for work.

Additional Details

  • Schedule: Flexible hours, including nights and weekends availability as needed. Must reside near Ocean County, NJ, several nights a week.
  • Compensation: Competitive salary of $150,000 - $200,000 per year with excellent benefits. Relocation stipend available for suitable candidates.
