Role Overview:
Linen Runners play a crucial role in our hotel's operations. You will be responsible for handling large quantities of linen and waste, ensuring hotel spaces are clean and prepared daily according to our brand standards. Your work helps maintain the look and image of our hotel, making you an essential part of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Operate laundry equipment and carpet cleaners.
• Strips, cleans, and sets guest rooms as needed.
• Display and replace amenities and promotional materials.
• Remove trash and soiled linen, ensuring they are taken to the appropriate area for pick-up.
• Maintain supplies necessary for efficient room cleaning.
• Utilize proper cleaning methods to prevent injury.
• Keep supply carts well-stocked.
• Perform laundry duties, including pressing and folding towels and linen.
• Report any deficiencies in guest rooms or on guest floors to the housekeeping/engineering management team.
• Ensure cleanliness of guest room hallways, elevators, public areas, and service corridors.
• Inventory and maintain the cleanliness of linen closets.
• Showcase professionalism, friendliness, and the willingness to provide personalized service.
• Adhere to the hotel’s lost and found policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work in the US with all necessary documents as listed on I-9 and verified through eVerify.
• Previous experience in a hotel environment is ideal.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong team spirit and ability to work effectively with managers, team members, and guests.
• High energy level required for long periods of time.

Physical Demands:

• Repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Ability to lift, pull, push up to 70 pounds on an ongoing basis.
• Must be able to squat, bend, kneel, and twist regularly.
• Standing for long periods.
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
