Purpose of Consultancy:
The Change Management Facilitator will act as an agent of change and facilitate the change management process in various UNFPA Country Offices. Responsibilities include effective communication, coordination of recruitment and selection processes, and facilitation of the Advisory Panel.
Scope of Work:
The consultant will provide effective communication throughout the implementation process, lead and oversee recruitment, selection, and separation processes, and facilitate the Advisory Panel. The assignment duration is a maximum of 8 months, with no more than 40 days per Country Office.
Education Required:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or relevant social sciences.
Knowledge and Experience Required:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in recruitment and job fair exercises
- Experience in managing change processes
- Knowledge of UNFPA or UNDP HR Policies and Procedures is an asset
- Verbal and written fluency in English, knowledge of French desirable
