Job Description:

Executive Assistant

Tradesk is in search of a dynamic and meticulously organized Executive Assistant to reinforce our team. This pivotal role will provide indispensable support to the CEO and other executives, ensuring the seamless functioning of office operations. We seek a proactive individual with exceptional organizational acumen, discretion, and the capability to handle confidential information with utmost care. This position offers exposure to diverse facets of business operations, fostering professional development and opportunities to contribute significantly to our firm's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and refine correspondence, reports, presentations, and various documents on behalf of executives.
  • Conduct comprehensive research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials for meetings, presentations, and projects.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and external stakeholders, guaranteeing effective communication and follow-up.
  • Maintain meticulous physical and electronic filing systems; Support basic bookkeeping tasks including invoice processing and expense tracking.
  • Manage confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively address them to optimize productivity.
  • Assist in app testing and quality assurance processes, identifying and reporting bugs, glitches, or usability concerns from a user perspective.
  • Evaluate app user interface and experience, proposing enhancements to augment usability and user satisfaction.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects, events, and initiatives as delegated by company executives within the fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as an executive assistant or in a similar high-level administrative capacity supporting senior executives.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, adept at prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interfacing confidently with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant office software.
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to upholding professional standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision or collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to accommodate occasional evening or weekend work, adapting to evolving priorities and deadlines.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Starting from $20.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 20 – 25 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as required
