Position: Office Assistant
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 35 – 50 per week
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
Work Location: In person, New York, NY 10036
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces and work areas.
- Assist in planning and setting up company events and business trips.
- Manage routine emails and correspondences.
- Provide general administrative support across various departments, including using spreadsheet tools like Google Sheets and Excel.
- Contribute to team efforts by completing related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bright, energetic personality with a strong willingness to learn and expand skill set.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheet tools like Google Sheets and Excel is beneficial.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 11 AM to 7 PM.
- Commitment to a long-term role within the company for at least 3 years.
