Position: Office Assistant
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 35 – 50 per week
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
Work Location: In person, New York, NY 10036

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces and work areas.
  2. Assist in planning and setting up company events and business trips.
  3. Manage routine emails and correspondences.
  4. Provide general administrative support across various departments, including using spreadsheet tools like Google Sheets and Excel.
  5. Contribute to team efforts by completing related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Bright, energetic personality with a strong willingness to learn and expand skill set.
  2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  3. Proficiency in using spreadsheet tools like Google Sheets and Excel is beneficial.
  4. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and with minimal supervision.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 11 AM to 7 PM.
  7. Commitment to a long-term role within the company for at least 3 years.
