Job Title: Part-time Administrative/Office Assistant

Job Overview

We are expanding and seeking a part-time Administrative/Office Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, paperwork, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be punctual, reliable, possess good interpersonal and phone skills, and have a solid computer proficiency level. Organization, self-direction in task completion, and client empathy are key qualities we seek. Experience in insurance is advantageous. This role requires 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.


Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments.
  • Handling paperwork and administrative duties.
  • Maintaining a varied workload to prevent monotony.
  • Providing empathetic and supportive service to clients.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Self-directed approach to task completion.
  • Excellent people and phone skills.
  • Good computer proficiency.
  • Experience in insurance is a plus.
