Summary of Responsibilities:
In this role, you will support UNICEF and the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) in enhancing the capacity of human resources managing vaccines. Leveraging technology, you'll develop training materials, guidelines, and digital tools to streamline immunization program management.
Key Functions/Accountabilities:
- Compile MoPH guidelines and policies related to the national immunization program.
- Develop a comprehensive operational handbook aligned with global guidelines.
- Create individualized training content and self-learning modules for key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with MoPH to digitize training materials and develop a supervisory checklist.
- Support MoPH in policy development and digital app creation for training.
Deliverables/Outputs:
- Finalized operational handbook for immunization program.
- Self-learning training course for key stakeholders.
- Supervisory checklist for immunization program.
- Ready-to-develop material for digital app development.
Qualifications:
- Education: Advanced degree (Master's) in public health or relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in public health, policy development, or immunization programs.
- Skills: Strong understanding of immunization programs, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills.
- Language: Fluency in English and Arabic.
