 Position Title: Activation/Reservations Team Lead

Department: Customer Service

Description:

As an Activation/Reservations Team Lead, you play a pivotal role in upholding our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through exemplary performance. Your responsibilities encompass providing guidance, motivation, and support to Activations/Reservations Call Representatives, ensuring seamless operations within a fast-paced Call Center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Activations/Reservations Call Representatives in their day-to-day activities, offering guidance and motivation to enhance productivity and customer service.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing coaching to team members, monitoring daily production and attendance.
  • Handle escalated requests promptly and efficiently, whether via written correspondence or phone communication.
  • Thrive in a multitasking environment, prioritizing the needs of Activations/Reservations representatives and customers alike.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively multitasking.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a sense of urgency.
  • Flexibility to work variable schedules, including evenings and weekends, to meet call center demands.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in timeshare/hospitality industry is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet usage, coupled with basic data entry and word processing abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a large call center environment is preferred.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
