Duties:

GS-4: Requires at least one year of general experience demonstrating progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates the ability to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills.
Education:
In lieu of experience, candidates may qualify with education:
- GS-5: Successful completion of at least four full academic years of education above high school.
- GS-4: Successful completion of at least two full academic years of education above high school.
